The hotel offers deluxe and fantabulous rooms with a lovely interior and cafe. I had a fantastic 6-day stay with free Wi-Fi and daily breakfast. The service was courteous and the location was very convenient for visiting Dargah Shariff.

The service was cooperative overall, but there was an incident where they tried to charge extra for passport copying without much politeness. The location is convenient for visiting the Ajmer Dargah but is quite congested. The dining experience offered a decent selection but came at a disappointing price. The facilities were satisfactory, though improvements could be made.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, some large and others average, all with attached balconies that unfortunately face a noisy street. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit noisy before guest check-in. The location is very convenient for visiting the Dargah, but it's far from the Anna Sagar lake area and in a congested area. Dining comprised a variety of dishes and the hotel is very near to Dargah Shariff. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
